The Centre for Excellence in Rail Training (CERT) employs personnel on both a full-time and contract basis.
To ensure that CERT provides a service that is second to none, all personnel involved in the delivery of training and assessment services are qualified as a minimum with:
- Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training
- 5 Years Relevant Industry Experience
- Experience and Competence in the delivery of training and assessment
