Case Study
Early in 2009, CERT was awarded a contract to deliver Safe Working training to Queensland Rail's Protection Officers. Training was undertaken in partnership with Queensland Rail's own trainers and delivered in pairs throughout the State, in locations that included Brisbane, Charleville, Townsville, Toowoomba, Cairns, Roma, Mackay, Emerald, Goondiwindi and Warrick, with many more in between.
During an intensive 6 months of delivery, with almost daily changes of location, the in-field trainers were supported by the NSW Office team who ensured that a means of transport and a comfortable bed were always available. To their credit this highly ambitious and geographically challenging training programme was delivered on time, on-budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
